With the group set to gather in Indianapolis next week for its spring member conference, Azione Unlimited announced a new partnership with VITAL, a business advisory firm that specializes in the CI channel. Through the partnership, VITAL will provide Azione dealer members with financial intelligence resources and business coaching.

Product programs are the reason for being when it comes to the custom integration buying group space. But lately there’s been plenty of emphasis on building partnerships and offerings that go beyond that essence, and for good reason. Having access to a particular line of product or manufacturer is great, but without a sound business plan, none of that matters.
For its part, VITAL has a track record that includes helping over 400 custom integrators optimize their operations through the VITAL Method of technology, benchmarking, and personal guidance. VITAL will be on hand in Indy next week for the Azione conference. There, Bernath will host an interactive session for Azione dealers, while also allowing VITAL to get a better understanding of the collective need of the Azione membership.
