Modus VR Delivers Modus Match Partner Program, Software Update

December 28th, 2021 Jeremy Glowacki

Modus VR, the developer of advanced virtual reality software for technology integrators, designers, and architects, has created its Modus Match Partner Program to facilitate and expedites the addition of leading partners’ products into Modus VR software and projects.

At the time of launch, 19 key A/V companies have already joined the new program with dozens in progress across enterprise and residential sectors. Many of these partners already have products in the Modus VR database and Modus Match will accelerate the addition of others, making designing projects even more comprehensive and exciting for integrators and their clients.

Modus VR enables customers save time by creating an immersive environment for real-time, informed decision making by all participants in the design process. The software allows clients to see and experience what they are going to get long before construction even begins.

Among other things, users can position all AV technology, preview monitor/camera viewing angles, rearrange furniture and perform a complete preview of their project in a VR environment or through convenient meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

The current list of Modus Match Partners includes Acoustic Innovations, Artnovion, Avocor, AVTeq, Barco, Bose, Crestron, Focal Professional, Google Meet, Huddly, HP Enterprise, Josh.ai, Lenovo, Logitech, Origin Acoustics, Poly, Salamander Designs, StarkeSound, and Vicoustic. Dozens more are in the process of joining, according to the company.

“We are excited to officially launch our new Modus Match Partner Program that enables real-time inclusion of top manufacturer products in designs for homes and commercial spaces,” said Ken Brueck, founder of Modus VR. “This program provides a more curated approach for us to collaborate with partners and add their leading technologies to our rapidly expanding database and bring customers even more comprehensive experiences. We are especially happy to include frequently requested manufacturers like Crestron, Lenovo, Logitech, and Salamander Designs in the program from the start.:

Along with the new partner program, Modus VR also announced the imminent release of a significant software update that will be available within the coming weeks. Enhancements include a heavy focus on new partner vendors and a new seating user interface.

The Olivia Seating Collection from Salamander Designs is the first to fully realize the virtual implementation of the advanced configuration capability which includes chaise-style chairs and corner units, allowing users to quickly create custom arrangements for rapid prototyping.

“Projects that typically take months to design can be done in literally an hour with Modus VR,” Brueck added. “Now with Modus Match and the addition of the best brands in the business, integrators can add these products quickly and easily with instant validation and full confidence.”

Manufacturers interested in learning the many benefits of the Modus Match Partner Program, including a Modus VR license, joint training, comarketing and more, can send an email to partners@modusvr.com or contact Patrick Higaki, director of sales for Modus VR.
