The fourth annual 2024 ResTech Innovation Awards, from Residential Tech Today magazine, spotlight the manufacturers at the forefront of addressing today’s significant challenges and predicting tomorrow’s needs within the residential technology integration industry. This prestigious competition draws participation from esteemed brands and ambitious newcomers alike. It stands as one of the industry’s most coveted accolades for innovation.

These prestigious awards offer the opportunity for your organization to be nationally recognized as a leader within the industry.

Any manufacturer of residential tech products, systems, or solutions may apply. Entries should relate to activities conducted from October 2023 – November 2024.

Judging Criteria:

Shortlist selections are evaluated based on:

Attention to detail in submission
Essential criteria of innovation (Impact, Unique Selling Proposition, Key Metrics, etc.)

Finalists are evaluated and selected using 70/30 weighting (Judges panel evaluations 70% and public voting 30%)

Tips & Suggestions:

Be sure to carefully and thoughtfully fill out all required fields.
Images, videos, and supporting documents are welcome.
You may submit more than one entry form so long as each entry represents a different product or service (no maximum # of entries).
Save these dates on your team’s marketing calendar, as graphics and information will be provided to those selected on the shortlist for promotional use during the public voting phase.
