With registration set to open in early April for the 2025 CEDIA Expo, CEDIA, the Association for Smart Home Professionals, announced today a fresh take on the educational conference that will run alongside the annual trade show.
The association has tapped veteran integrator and industry expert Amanda Wildman as a short-term consultant to help lead and organize the education program. In the role, Wildman will help curate a full slate of cutting-edge classes that will be taught by industry leaders and organized into relevant tracks. In all, there will be four tracks: Business, Technical, Design & Build, and Future Focus.
“The CEDIA Education Conference isn’t just an event—it’s a highlight of the year for smart home professionals who want to up their game,” CEDIA Global President and CEO Daryl Friedman, said in a statement. “As the industry continues to evolve at lightning speed, so does our commitment to empowering integrators with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration they need to lead the charge. I am grateful to Amanda for serving as a consultant in this assignment to reimagine 2025’s conference. She is uniquely qualified as an accomplished integrator, life-long learner and teacher, and CEDIA champion.”
A who’s who list of popular industry experts has already been compiled to help lead these courses, and includes names like Marc Fisher, Noah Kaplan, Alex Capecelatro, Peter Aylett, Ron Callin, Ed Gilmore, and Tony Sabatino.
