The Cleerline Technology Group has introduced a 60-meter (197 feet) SSF Ultra High-Definition HDMI Active Optical Cable (AOC) engineered to deliver exceptional performance for longer distance applications.
Embedded with SSF fiber optic technology within the HDMI form factor, these 60-meter cables were designed as a problem-solver for integrators, supporting up to 10K resolution and 48 Gbps bandwidth, plus higher durability and flexibility.
“Now our Active Optical Cable HDMI lineup is available in lengths from 5 meters to 60 meters, bridging the gap between traditional HDMI installations and fiber optic solutions without the need for additional extenders,” explained Rick Sant, managing partner at Cleerline Technology Group. “Additionally, our SSF AOC cables offer the unique advantage of being re-terminatable using standard multimode fiber connectors, allowing for future upgrades or modifications without the chore of having to run new cables.”
Cleerline SSF Active Optical Cables are equipped with the latest HDMI 2.1 features, including High Dynamic Range (HDR), Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and support for up to 120 fps/Hz. They provide a seamless audio-visual experience with support for eARC, ensuring that the audio quality always matches the visuals.
SSF Active Optical Cables are constructed using four strands of Cleerline’s SSF fiber optic glass alongside copper wire, creating a fiber that is much more durable and flexible than traditional fiber optic cable.
Cleerline SSF Active Optical HDMI cables reduce EMI and latency, making them ideal for environments with significant electrical interference.
All Cleerline AOC HDMI cables feature easily identifiable directional connector heads and a plenum-rated outer jacket for seamless integration into residential or commercial installations.
