Nice has tapped one of its own to serve as the company’s new Chief Product Officer. In a statement released this week, the global home and building management brand said it named Jeff Shaw, a 20-year veteran in the product marketing and management space, to the C-level role.
“Jeff’s deep expertise, strategic vision, and passion for innovation make him the ideal leader to guide our product strategy,” Emanuel Bertolini, Chief Executive Officer for Nice North America, said in the statement. “His ability to develop groundbreaking solutions that enhance user experiences aligns perfectly with our mission to simplify everyday movements and improve people’s quality of life.”
Shaw’s career at Nice has spanned nearly eight years. He joined the company in 2017 as a senior product manager. He quickly worked his way up and would lead the Product Management team for Nice North America as the VP of Control Products. In that role, he oversaw the development of many of the brand’s award-winning smart home products. Most recently, Shaw served as the Head of Product Management for Luxury Solutions in the Nice Home Management Systems business unit. In that role, Shaw was responsible for advancing the company’s smart home and building solutions.
“I’m honored to join Nice in this leadership role and excited to contribute to the company’s innovation journey,” Shaw said in the statement. “Nice has a strong legacy of delivering intelligent, user-friendly solutions, and I look forward to collaborating with our talented teams to develop the next generation of smart home and building management products.”
Nice noted that Shaw’s leadership will be a critical component of the company’s strategy as it looks to expand its global presence.
