SwitchBot has been introducing new products at a fast pace this spring. Continuing with this trend, the company has released the new SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam Plus 3K.

SwitchBot has been in business since 2016 and has differentiated themselves from competitors with a focus on products that make the existing items in your home smart. Since 2016 they have grown to more than 300 employees and their wide range of smart home products are available in over 81 countries.
As its name implies, the new SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam Plus 3K is a 3K-resolution camera. Its night vision capabilities are possible thanks to a high-sensitivity sensor, 940nm infrared light, and a f1.6 aperture that can deliver clear images at night. The Plus 3K also offers 360-degree horizontal and 115-degree vertical rotation to eliminate blind spots.
The camera, which is available on Amazon, features automatic motion tracking, movement recording, movement notifications, split screen viewing to see multiple cameras on a single screen, and automatic cruise control where the camera continually scans all corners of a room for movement. In Privacy mode, the lens is retracted inside the camera housing, assuring users that they are not being spied upon.
In addition to voice control through Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri, the SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam Plus 3K includes remote real-time monitoring, the ability to share the camera feed with family members, two-way talk, and multiple installation methods.
