Bravas, the national networks of installers of smart systems for luxury homes, has acquired the Avid Home Theater — including company principals Micah Brown, Ted Liu, Scott Azarnoff — expanding the company footprint in the Bay Area and Northern California.
Bravas is based in Overland Park, KS, has locations in 12 states, annual revenues of $80 million, and a team of more than 300 professionals. This team includes designers, engineers, installers, technicians, and programmers. Bravas has the ability to service clients’ homes throughout the U.S., including new construction, remodeling, and retrofits in primary and vacation homes or relocation.

Focused on the luxury market, Bravas completes more than 4,000 residential and commercial projects annually from 13 locations across 38 states and nearly 700 cities.
