On the heels of its sister group Azione Unlimited diving into its own plans to offer members a more in-depth education menu, Oasys Residential Technology Group shared its own update on the learning front. The programs announced this week are intended to guide Oasys members down a path that the group says will lead to better workforce development and long-term growth.
The expanded partnerships announced by Oasys will have a familiar refrain to them, as well: they include new in-person and hands-on initiatives with IntegrateU and the Lighting Excellence Dogo, and an expanded commitment to the CEDIA Learning Academy.
“We believe in partnering and collaborating with companies that share our commitment to dealer education and long-term success,” Hank Alexander, director of Oasys, said in a statement. “These partnerships strengthen our commitment to a comprehensive, multi-layered education strategy that helps integrators develop their teams and scale their businesses.”
First announced during the Oasys Summit in Indy last month, and detailed previously here on Residential Tech Today, the IntegrateU partnership is a marquee element of the Oasys educational strategy for the back half of 2025 and moving forward. The partnership announced between the educational outlet and the Nationwide Marketing Group CI division is a big step forward for IntegrateU as it represents the first expansion to a much wider portion of the CI community.
Through the Oasys partnership, dealers will have access to IntegrateU suite of in-person training—including New Technician Training, Project Management Bootcamp, Sales Playbook, and Leadership Training—all at a preferred group-negotiated rate.
Recognizing the opportunity to continue developing lighting as a leading category for integrators, Oasys tapped the Bruce Clark-led Lighting Excellence Dojo as its preferred training platform for that category. Workshops through that program cover key topics like lighting design application, fixture installation, and troubleshooting strategies. The Dojo offers a unique take on lighting training by blending both real-world installation techniques with a design-forward mentality.
Lastly, the group reaffirmed its commitment to offering Oasys dealers complimentary access to the CEDIA Learning Academy, something the group has had in place for several years now.
“Each organization’s reputation for delivering high-impact, real-world training directly aligns with our mission to support the growth and professionalism of our members,” added Alexander.
