Orro, creators of the professional-grade Orro Smart Living System, have announced integration with the Genie garage door opener brand.
As a unified, smart living system in the form factor of a standard-sized light switch, Orro’s product was designed to reshape how homeowners experience and interact with lighting and other smart home devices and systems – now including garage door openers.
With the latest addition, Genie and Overhead Door brand openers join a lineup of other popular smart home products to integrate with Orro’s room-by-room touchscreen, voice and smartphone-based controls and monitoring, including smart home products from companies including Sonos, Nest, Ring, Ecobee, and Control4.

To set up the integration, professional installers and customers simply need to select Genie from the Integrations section of the Orro App.
