HTSA Executive Director Jon Robbins has announced the addition of three new members, and foreshadowed excitement to come for 2022. The new members are Chelsea Audio Video of Beaverton, OR, Integrated AV of Edmond, OK and Opus Audio Video Control located in North Haven, CT.
For the international trade consortium of premium residential technology retail and custom integration specialists, adding dealer members is a bit of a rarity. HTSA says that they increase membership only when they find “premium partners” that can contribute to the “steadfast goal of maintaining thought leadership and position with the finest vendors, dealers, education and programs.”
Chelsea Audio Video has been providing expertise to their customers for decades and is heralded for their dedication to customer satisfaction.
Integrated AV offers a wide range of services to their clients, including HVAC and backup generators, in addition to top-shelf home automation and AV integration.
Opus AVC, established in 1990, specializes in multi-room music and video systems, home theater, lighting and shade control, and security integration. These companies serve mid-level to high-end clientele seeking high-performance AV and smart homes.
HTSA also has announced the appointment of CATalyzing Communications Inc. (CCI) as the new PR and social media firm of record effective January 2022. CATalyzing has been the primary marketing resource for HTSA since 2016 and has contributed key HTSA engagement initiatives including HTSA’s website, unparalleled online B2C Technology Budgeting Tool, dealer co-branded Home Technology + Lifestyle Guide, Insight Magazine creative and an array of exclusive HTSA dealer and vendor content for all platforms.
“We welcome our three new members who are joining at the ideal time to enjoy HTSA’s ever-evolving programs, market leading training and services, and the many new benefits we have planned for the coming year,” Robbins said. “Leveraging our unique foundation of ideas and activities coordinated with CATalyzing Communications, our initiatives for the year are set to be even stronger and more compelling than ever. We are energized, enthusiastic and fully embracing 2022.”
HTSA closed 2021 releasing a new Building Client Loyalty Playbook devoted to furthering its dealer members’ progress and success. Created by Keith Esterly, chief learning architect, this resource has been so well received that HTSA had a second production run in the same month.
HTSA dealer members span 40 states with 150 showrooms across the U.S. and Canada.
