On September 25, Lutron Connection 2020 will kick off a six-week series of virtual events that will give Lutron residential technology dealers the knowledge, tools, and vision needed to end 2020 strong and appropriately plan for 2021.
Centered on the theme “A Lutron Home is Sanctuary,” the event is based on five distinct themes, starting with the September 25 kickoff keynote. The Lutron Connection 2020 event will end mid-November with the virtual presentation of the Lutron Excellence Awards. Included in the event are new product launches, live trainings, webinars, podcasts, panel discussions, virtual tours of the Ketra Collaboration Studio and the New York Global Experience Center, and giveaways.
According to Sam Chambers, senior director of Lutron’s residential business, Lutron wants to arm its dealers with the tools needed to deliver great experiences for their customers in the ever-evolving home.
“While this year may look different to most, what has not changed is Lutron’s steadfast commitment to innovation and support,” Chambers said. “With the needs of the home – and the homeowners – changing frequently, it’s more important than ever for Lutron to stay connected with our dealer community and give them the tools and learnings needed to ensure continued success with Lutron lighting, shading and fixture control solutions.”

Chambers said this event will be different than anything Lutron has ever offered and encourages dealers participate on their own terms via on demand content. “Lutron’s Connection 2020 event will offer something for everyone, whether you’re a business owner, salesperson, or technician, and will be the most immersive experience we’ve ever created for our dealer community.”
